A typical day at St Andrew's Benn
8.30am Morning Nursery Session Starts
8.50am School starts
Children in Key Stage 2 should be outside their classroom (before the bell rings at 8.50am)
Children in Foundation and Key Stage 1 can go straight into the classroom
If your child is late, please go to the school office explain why your child is late and sign them in on the screen, this ensures we are aware they are in school. Children should always come to school even if very late.
9.00am Assembly
10.20am Morning Break (15 minutes)
11.30am Morning Nursery Finishes
12.00/10pm KS1 and KS2 Lunches
12.30pm Afternoon Nursery Starts
1.10/20pm Afternoon Classes start
3.05pm School finishes for Foundation (Reception),
3.10pm Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2)
3.15pm School finishes for Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6)
3.30pm Afternoon Nursery Finishes
All children should be met at the door outside their classroom. Children must be picked up by a parent or an adult known by the teacher. Year 6 children may walk home as long was we have written permission from parents/carers.
